i would like to know how to start programming in VB for outlook, any help on
how to get started will be appriciated

In the future, as you need additional assistance from this forum, please use
a more descriptive subject -- "help needed" doesn't say much to someone
browsing the newsgroup -- and always include your version of Outlook,
because there are significant differences between versions.
