Default how to add all contact folders outlook 2007 address book at once

i have many contact folder that i want to add them all to address book list,
but i dont want to right click each one and click show in address book
folder, i want a macro or some script to use so it will perform this silly
task for me.
i would be grateful if somebody helps me. thanks in advance
