Accessing email options

In Outlook 2003, there is an options page/form when you create emails.
Is it possible to access the fields on this page/form.

Accessing email options

The Tools, Options dialog? No unless you are accessing a property page (tab)
in that dialog that you wrote yourself as an OCX and are handling all the
code yourself. Other people's property pages and the built-in ones are not
accessible to you.
