I loaded a new program and now I can't view jpg in outlook. Help!

I loaded software for an mp3 player for my wife but can no longer view
"jpg's" in outlook mail, "but" I can still view jpg's on my desktop and
elsewhere.

How can I fix this? Thanks, Ernie
