rescheduling an occuring instance

If a user reschedules an instance of a recurring meeting what events can I
listen to in my add-in ( C++ / COM add-in ) to know about this
I want to know that Meeting A has moved from Start Time T1 to T2

I have tried FolderEvents and ItemsEvents.OnItemChanged but they dont seem
to get raised
any help would be welcome
