How to modify Outlook default behavior
 

Hi

When the user clicks on new to create a new message, typically the
From: field is empty. If nothing is entered in this field then the
default user email address is used as the from address. I would like
to populate this with a specific email address. So, the user will
click on new, and when the mail form opens they will see their email
address in the box.
