Hello All:
I am new to this group, Dose Outlook have a macro Recorder. so user
can generate code with existing built in functions. if not, is there
a way of generating code from existing functions......

No, only older applications like Word and Excel have macro recorders. You'll need to write your own Outlook macro code, using the rich examples in Help, in this newsgroup, on my web site, and in many other locations.
