Default forward an item - prevent "fw: " being inserted in subject line

When I forward an item in Outlook 2003, is there a setting that prevents the
"fw: " being inserted in the subject line?

This should work:
Open the e-mail form, click Tools/Forms/Create this Form (or similar).

Then choose the Actions page, select the Forward entry, click Properties
below and change or delete the präfix.
