Keyboard shortcut for custom view in public folders
We have a visually impaired staff member, who uses special software to "read"
the Outlook screen. They are unable to use the mouse at all, and rely on keyboard shortcuts wherever possible. We have found that for the special software to interpret public folder calendars correctly the view must be customised to a table view with limited columns. Is there any way to assign a keyboard shortcut to apply a custom view to any public calendar that is currently selected? Although we could manually apply it to existing public calendars (and there's lots!), any future ones would cause challenges for this person. Any suggestions on how we could automate this? |
