This did not provide the option to open on startup anywhere that I could find
I used the path you suggested and found no option anywhere within it. I am wondering if there is another suggestion. In Outlook´s option dialog you can determine which folder to show when Outlook starts. If you additionally want to start Outlook on Windows startup then drag a link from the Outlook.exe (C:\Programme\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11) into your Autostart folder (C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Startmenu\Programs\Autostart) (I do have German software installed. Maybe some names differ on English systems.) -- Viele Gruesse / Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook -- www.VBOffice.net -- This did not provide the option to open on startup anywhere that I could find I used the path you suggested and found no option anywhere within it.
