If you need to open, read, print, or convert Outlook based MSG files..
You should check out the MSG File Library from Priasoft.
http://www.priasoft.com/exchangemigr...s_msg_main.asp Hope this helps you as it did me when you get backed in a corner with an undocumented file format. C

Looks like they have changed the pricing model... See http://www.priasoft.com/exchangemigr...ryPackages.asp - looks like you can get it now for only $2500.00 for the single developer license.
