Customized Sensitivity Levels

My manager would like to know if/how can we customize at the server level the
message sensitivity levels (Normal, Personal, Private, or Confidential) in
Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003 to match our corporate categories.
Can you help?
Thanks in advance.

You can create a custom field for that but the built-in field cannot be
customized.

It's nothing special and it wouldn't replace or supplement the standard
property or values. You just would create a custom form with a property for
your custom values and add a control for it. See the forms information at
www.outlookcode.com for information on custom forms. But again, this just
would be an arbitrary custom field, not a replacement for sensitivity.
