Default Malicious code message

I have a custom form that is based upon a contact form. This form uses a
data/time picker custom control.

Every now and again when I open one of these forms I get a message about the
to help prevent malicious code from running one or more objects where not
loaded. If I reset the message class to the custom form message class it
stops the message.

What would cause a form to display this message?

Jack

Default Malicious code message

It's normal behavior for unpublished forms with non-Outlook ActiveX controls. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/ol2003problems.htm#activex

But these forms are published to the personal forms library and they work
++90% of the time.

The symptoms -- including your resetting the MessageClass -- all point, though to the form having one-offed. There are many possible causes of one-offing; see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/formpub.htm#macro
