Default Attachment form

I’ve created a form in Access 2003 and when a command button is clicked an
email is generated collecting recipient, cc and body data from corresponding
text boxes on the form. I would the user to able to attach files and then
capture the paths in another hyperlink textbox on the form. Is there an
Outlook command that will open an Attachments form? Is there anyway to
accomplish this at all?
