I have created a custom Appointment, but as you cannot modify the default
"Appointment" page, I used P.2. I needed an appointment that goes straight to the form, so I made the default page in-shown, and I made P.2 shown, so now when it's opened the user only sees my custom form. Problem... I am having trouble getting the form to save to the calendar properly! Is this because I need to use pre-made fields?? I have all the regular fields that are on the default "Appointment" page of the form, which handle saving the form to the calendar, and I need to make the controls (all linked to user-defined fields at the moment) to act like this so that the info is saved to the calendar correctly. (Example, the appointments are being saved at times other than the time that is put into my custom field, and the appointment on the calendar is blank... no info whatsoever.) How do I get my custom appointment form to act like the default form? If it's a fields issue, which fields should I use to recreate the default "Appointment" page of the form? But I also need to include other information, i.e. student's name, student's number, notes, the value in a "campus" drop down list, etc. etc. Can anyone help?? -- Message posted via http://www.officekb.com |
