Default XPrint on legacy forms with Outlook 2003 - Information not visible

I am working with a group that has a legacy OL task form that is customized
with a number of special fields and uses XPrint to print the information in a
WYSIWYG format. I understand that XPrint is not supported beyond OL2000,
which may be fine as there may be other ways to do this, but the problem is
that this group has a mix of OL2000 and OL2003 at their site and the OL2003
folks can't see the data when the customized form is sent from one department
to another. I can get rid of the XPrint ActiveX control on the form, but the
data still seems to be missing. Note that although I can't see the data on
the form, I can print it in normal format - memo style.

Any ideas on what to do to at least make the data on the form visible to
everyone?

This is a message form? Is it published in the Organizational Forms library?
