Default Macros, Security & Visual Basic Editor greyed out in Outlook 2007

I can't seem to access Macros, Security, or Visual Basic Editor in OL07, they
are all greyed out. When I go to Trust Centre and click Add In's, the
Microsoft VBA for Outlook Add In is listed under Inactive Application Add
Ins. When I click Go on Manage: Com Add Ins it shows up in the pop up screen
but at the bottom it says Load Behaviour: Load on Demand, (not currently
loaded).

I have re-loaded my installation disk (pc at home, not network) and selected
Add or Remove Features it shows under Outlook as Outlook Add Ins are
installed and Visual Basic Scripting is installed (dont know if related as
not programmer).

I have also tried Repair, but still no joy.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
Eddie
