I've created a form with fields for inputting course-related information
(e.g., title, date, faculty). Since there could be several courses on the page, I copied all blank fields several times to fill the page. When I fill out the first title field, either in design form or published form, the same text shows up in the other title fields. I don't know how to stop text from repeating in the other fields. Is there something that I should be changing in the advanced properties box? |

Outlook is doing exactly what you told it to do -- displaying the same field
multiple times. In other words, those are not separate fields, but the same field repeated. If you want separate fields, you'll need to create them. You can use the New button in the Field Chooser, then drag the new fields to the form to add controls bound to those fields. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming: Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Outlook form virgin" wrote: I've created a form with fields for inputting course-related information (e.g., title, date, faculty).
