I saw the previous post on how to add a field, but I do not know where the
"All Field" page is located in Outlook 2003 |

Once you put the form into design mode, you'll see the All Fields page toward the left of the tabs across the top of the window.

Sorry, I meant right, not left.
You cannot add a field to the Details page of a contact form, BTW. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook 2007 Programming: Jumpstart for Power Users and Administrators http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=54 "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote in message ... Thanks for your help. I found the All Fields section, but is it possible to
have the "Personal" section remain as a default on that page, or do I need to pull it from the drop-down list on each record? "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Sorry, I meant right, not left. You can't change the default list of fields for the All Fields page. Why not create a custom page containing just the fields you want?
