Default Add a field in the Details section of a contact form

I saw the previous post on how to add a field, but I do not know where the
"All Field" page is located in Outlook 2003

Once you put the form into design mode, you'll see the All Fields page toward the left of the tabs across the top of the window.

Sorry, I meant right, not left.

You cannot add a field to the Details page of a contact form, BTW.

Thanks for your help. I found the All Fields section, but is it possible to
have the "Personal" section remain as a default on that page, or do I need to
pull it from the drop-down list on each record?

You can't change the default list of fields for the All Fields page. Why not create a custom page containing just the fields you want?
