My OL form behaves properly in email and saves multiple checkbox values when
sent. All values except the checkbox values print properly. Why can I not get the checkbox values to print? -- Uncle Debi |

Wh? Because Outlook custom form printing is awful. Does nothing print at all for the check boxes? Is each one bound to an Outlook Yes/No property?

No, and I would need help with that.... in the properties I have the
checkboxes set up: Type: Keywords Format: Text This was the only way I've found so far to pass on multiple values. I am learning through trial and error.... I can usually find answers documented somewhere out here in the ethernet. Not this time. Thanks, -- Uncle Debi "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Wh? Because Outlook custom form printing is awful. Excuse me, I didn't answer the first question. Nothing prints for the
checkbox field whatsoever. It is skipped over completely. I do have 6 values set for possible values.... if it were not for the requirement of a hard copy I would be finished here. :-( -- Uncle Debi "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Wh? I tried to start from scratch and discovered I'm not using a checkbox but a
listbox with the check option turned on. I guess I did this because I couldn't figure out how to select multiple values with the checkbox.... -- Uncle Debi "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Wh? I found a solution that works well for me. I created a hidden combination
field that picks up the values checked off in the listbox and then prints them as a string. -- Uncle Debi "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Wh? Because Outlook custom form printing is awful.
