Help, -field box shrink in height after click

Default Help, -field box shrink in height after click

Starting more than 2 recipients in the "To" or "Cc" or "bcc" field box, if I
click on the field (To or cc or cci) right after I have choose addresses,
then the field box heigh has been shrink the box take the size of a line, I
really don't get this one and really need help
