Default Email Forward/Reply

In order to send an email outside our intranet, we have to type
Release-Authorised:' at the start of the subject header. It's not a problem
with new emails, but how can I automate this when replying or forwarding
emails?

Default Email Forward/Reply

Do you have Outlook 2007? You could add a form region as an adjoining region
to IPM.Note and hook into the Send event on the mail item to append the
subject.

I think forms^3 had a 15 character string limit for manipulating the reply
and forward text, but I may be remembering that wrong.
