Default Not able to open exported ics file in ie 6

I am trying to export ics (calendar) file on ie 6. Althou I am able to save
and then
open it but I am not able to directly open it.

I am not facing this problem on ie 7.

My ics file looks like this: -

BEGIN:VCALENDAR
PRODID:-//Ben Fortuna//iCal4j 1.0//EN
VERSION:2.0
METHOD:PUBLISH
BEGIN:VEVENT
DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20070929T090000
DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20070929T180000
CREATED;VALUE=DATE:20070921T085512
DTSTAMP;VALUE=DATE:20070925T062051
DESCRIPTION:Category
SUMMARY:Mohana
LOCATIONelhi
UID:217

END:VEVENT
END:VCALENDAR

In my java code, I am adding the following header: -

response.setContentType("text/calendar");
response.setHeader("Filename", fileName);
response.setHeader("Content-Disposition", "attachment;filename="
+fileName );
response.setHeader("Cache-Control", "public");

Any pointers ?

You might want to post this in an IE forum rather than an Outlook custom forms group.
