I am not sure if this is the correct forum for this question, but will ask
anyway, as I could use some help in this area, as my IT folks are not aware
of any options available in owa. So, my question is, Is there anywhere in owa
that an option is available for a user to "save" their email to a jump drive
or hard drive? If so, where is it located? If not, is one going to become
available, or is there an upgrade? Thanks for your time.

No. OWA is a browser application only. There is, however, at least one third-party tool that provides that capability; see http://www.slipstick.com/exs/owa.htm#tools
