Default Outlook needs ability to report Junk_mail on Hotmail account

When I log into the msn and read my mail, I can tell it to delete email in
the Junk Mail folder and it prompts to report the mail. I click yes and it
get's rid of the mail and for the most part I quit getting email from those
senders.

With Outlook 2003 I signed up for the Hotmail paid account and when I open
Outlook now my Hotmail is download so I can view it. However, I cannot
report Junk_Mail when I delete items in the Junk_Mail Folder. To do that I
have to login on the MSN page and deleting mail sent to the Junk_mail folder.

This should be possible in Outlook2003. It is bothersome to have to exit
outlook and log into the MSN website to access my Mail, it means I have to go
to another place to do everything I need to do. Simplicity is the key here.
Click one button to access all my email accounts and move mail as necessary,
then delete the odd junk mail, report the spam, and delete read mail I don't
need to keep. Simple.
