Can't Access my Custom Forms

I created a special Task form and added some user-defined fields to it. When
I click on one of the tasks created with the new form, I get the following
message

The form you selected could not be displayed

I cleared the Forms cache, but noticed that inside of the folder for my form
is a file called quaranti.txt and inside of it there is the following text

Symantec Mail Security replaced FSA3.tmp with this text message. The
original text contained a file type that does not match its extension and was
quarantined.

I don't know what is happening to my form. I have shut off Symantec in case
that was causing me problems but I still can't get at my forms.

Try deleting all the subfolders in the Forms folder, not just the Frmcache.dat file.

Can't Access my Custom Forms

Hi Sue
Thanks for your response. I did delete all of the subfolders. Still didn't
help me. Fortunately, I had a saved copy of the form, and was able to
recreate the form I had lost. Still makes me nervous that this happened at
all. I'm up and running - if only until it happens again.

Keeping backup copies of your forms is essential. I'm glad you had one.
