I have an OFT form posted in a web folder, and have been using it for some
time to collect information. One person now gets the File Download box with the Save and Cancel option. There is no Open option. It also has Type: Unknown File Type. I checked under properties for the form and it's set to open with Microsoft Outlook. Hi. Recently I recieved an email from a colleague which contains a simple outlook template that allows us to enter some text and select an item via a drop down box. This works fine on all the PCs in my department except one, where when you open the attachment just a blank reply page opens and nothing else. I have tinkered with every setting in outlook I could think of, even reinstalled Office 2003, but it gives the same result. Could anyone be of assistance to me? I'm not sure if this is the right forum to be making this post under but this was the one related closest to my problem. Thanking you for your help. Pasan. |

As I told the original poster, an Outlook 2003 SP2 user will need to save the .oft file as a file and open it with the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command.
