Hi. I am using Outlook 2007.
I created a custom form in My Contacts that I would like to use in my Business Contacts within the Business Contact Manager. The form is published to my personal forms library. When I attempt to set this custom form as the default form for my Business Contacts, I get the following error: 'Could not complete the operation becuase the service provider does not support it.' Is there any way around this? Thanks. |

BCM doesn't support what you want to do.

Hi Hollis,
Sue's busy with her master's degree stuff in California and then a brief vacation, so some of us are covering her groups for her until she gets back. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Professional Programming Outlook 2007 Reminder Manager, Extended Reminders, Attachment Options http://www.slovaktech.com/products.htm "Hollis Paul" wrote in message ... Well, I have been lying low here ever since, having recognized that this was one of the places Sue kept here name, book titles, and web site before the buying audience. If you are truly covering for her, then you want to direct people to relevant pages of her site and include her latest book in your tag line, no? It isn't just about the thread content. Another reason I have been lying so low is that, a while back, I went for my yearly session with my primary care provider and made the mistake of complaining about a thing or two. My placid doctor turned into Doctor Elizabeth Vampira, the avenging mother of our worst dreams, extracting a liter and a half of blood, from which she deduced that I needed blood pressure drugs, high cholesterol drugs, and thyroid pills; only the latter of which I have allowed her to feed me. Those pills, in conjunction with my Aleve, have put out the fire in the belly that says I have to help people get their outlook forms right. I suspect I will drop out of the newsgroups altogether in the not too distant future. The MVP Buddies will all heave a big sigh of relief. -- Hollis Paul Mukilteo, WA USA |
