Default email message form modification

Hi,
Is it possible to create another CC text box, but the people to be inside
this list will not receive attachments inside this group. I decide to call
this Ncc (No attachment)

Eg ( To list is for people the email is intended to, Cc list is to people
whom the email is send to them to keep them in the loop, BCC is for people
whom the sender do not want to disclose that he/she is sending to them and
Ncc is for receipient to be in the loop but they will not receive attachment
if there is one in the mail)

No, a message has only the three types of recipients that you already know about.
