Publish custom form MAPI error

I have had a functioning custom form for some time. It has a little code for
some buttons. From time to time I have needed to change this form and
republish it. All of a sudden today when I try to Publish Form as... I get
an errror "Unable to sucessfully publish the form due to a MAPI error. The
object can't be found." I also get a Form Load Failed when I go to Design a
Form... and the Standard Forms Library seems to have disappeared. I don't
know if these two error are related but it's the lack of publishing ability
that is a problem for me. 90% of my job is in Outlook so it is this is time
sensitive. I appreciate any help at all.

I do have exctly the same Pb with Outlook 2k3, one a day I have to republish
the to allow other to use it ( )

I figured out that the Object that couldn't be found was the Standard Forms
Library. When I go into Design Mode, the Standard Forms Library is gone. I
don't know how it went AWOL but I think it may have something to do with a
missing backup .pst.
