Default OL2003 remove form from organisational forms library

I hope this is the right place for this question...

I've been banging my head trying to get rid of an old form in Exch 2003/OL
2003. All the places I've found information state I should be able to go to
tools-other-advanced options-custom forms-manage forms then highlight the
form and click on delete.

I can do this for the form under the "personal forms" side but not the
organisational forms library side. The "update", "delete", and "properties"
buttons are grayed out. "Copy" and "Clear cached" are available.

I went in and made sure my id has rights to the organisational forms library.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this published form?
Thanks much.

Do you have rights to publish to the Org. Forms Library? You would have to
be an owner of that store in Exchange, those buttons aren't dimmed out when
I review forms in my own Org. Forms Library.
