Default Help with Outlook 2003 design new form "new journal entry"

I have designed a new form in journal I have made it so it is the default
form when I select new in journal... My question is Is there a way to have
the new form be the first seen instead of the general tab??? Can I hide the
general tab?

Well, in design mode, with the general tab showing, click the Forms tab, and
the top item should be a check mark on show this tab. Uncheck that. But
before you do that, make sure your tab is set to be visible. Otherwise, you
will get a warning saying that at least one tab must be showing.

However, doing it this way, may make the general tab hidden even when you want
to see it. So, another way to make your tab the first to be seen, is to put
code in the Item open that specifically shows your tab. Not sure of the syntax
here, so you might want to look at www.outlookcode.com for an example.
