Default I want to send e-mails without the use of any ISP.

When i try to send a e-mail from Office outlook 2003 it fails saying that
ssl authentication is not or saying configure your setting, but when i set
all setting according to outlook demand and send a mail successfully
(according to outlook), it never reach to its destination, please tell me
why. Can i send a e-mail without any restriction freely to my customers. I
want to send a e-mail without any problem from my computer to its destination
succefully. Can anybody help me?
