Default Templates: Is there one for sending a bounce message - for SPAM?

I'm looking for a template that matches what the e-mail servers send out -
for an e-mail account that does not exist.

I'd like to use the template in teh "Rules" area, so that identified senders
of SPAM would receive this "bounce message" and their automated system would
remove my e-mail address from their database. It would be very similar to
one of those wash programs. For example, "Subject: Failure Notice"

Thanks in advance for your help.

Bad idea. The "identified senders of spam" are likely to be not the spammers themselves, but people whose addresses have been harvested by spammers and are being spoofed to hide the real identities of the spammers.
