Default How to activate the form design in Outlook?

Hi, everyone,

I'd like to change one of my forms by adding some individual fields.
The problem is that the menu item to design the form is deactivated. I
don't know how to activate this feature. Can anyone help me?

I installed the full version of Microsoft Office Professional 2003 (on
Windows XP). I was configured to have admin rights on this PC. And I
checked the register tree. The variable "NoOutlookFormsDesigner" was not
set.

Looking forward for one solution...

regards

Lucia

What kind of form? Which menu? I'd try Tools | Forms | Design a Form.

Exactly! But this menu item is not activated. (in color grey) I have no
idea how to activate this feature.

Have you an idea?

Is it possible that you're working in an environment where the administrator is blocking access to that command? Otherwise, I can't explain why it's not available.
