Customization of Outlook Contact with BCM
Ok, so I have seen, read and been disappointed in the fact that the BCM forms
are not customizable. However, here's my question........ I want to be able to track other information about the contact that has nothing to do with "monkeying" around with the BCM accounts, contacts etc. Can I add an additional tab to the Outlook contact form include my additional fields and have BCM not care?
