How to change the order of the field list in outlook?
I created a custom contact form with customized fields in outlook 2003. How
do I change the field list to enable printing those fields in the order I created on the form?

How to change the order of the field list in outlook?
See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm for various solutions to the limitation that Outlook forms don't support WYSIWYG printing. The Word template technique is the most flexible and highly recommended.
