Default Script to publish custom form from .OFT to calendar

Hello everybody,
I have designed an altered meeting request form that I would like to
distribute to others. As I am not allowed to store anything in my company's
public folders I am looking for a script to publish a custom form from an OFT
file to a person's default calendar folder.
The form was designed for Outlook 2003 and uses VBScript.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
