HELP - Contacts Name Listing and Order by

For some reason, Outlook has changed the order of all the names in my
Contacts file. I have always set my default "Full Name" and "File As"
orders...

Outlook 2003 gives me an error saying that some folders have been moved
or deleted and when I click on help it says something about not having
enough...
