How do I send a mail to all contacts of a certain category only?
I want to send a mail to more than one contact of a certain category. If i
choose only one I can use the right mouse button, then "send message to contact" - but I can't do that with more than one contact. Or is there any possibility to search for contacts of a certain category in the adress book?

In Contacts, choose the view By Category, expand the category you want,
choose the contacts you want, then menu Actions New message to contact Ricardo Silva [Outlook MVP] Add-ins for Microsoft(c) Outlook(c) http://www.rsoutlook.com/us/products.html
