Default Outlook contacts gone after installing Windows 7

I installed Windows 7 (custom install but did not format hard drive). After
doing so, my Office programs did not work. I had to reinstall them. After
doing so, my contacts and calendar entries were gone. How do I locate them? I
have searched my Windows Old folder for .csv and .pab files, but the search
returns no results (I searched hidden files and folders). Any advice? Thanks,
Jason

The reason you didn't find any is because Outlook doesn't use them. Why in
any case would you think that Outlook would use a csv file of any sort? And
Outlook hasn't used the PAB for at least ten years.

You should be looking for a file with the extension pst.

Did you install Windows 7 over XP or Vista?
