Need Help with Outlook Distribution List
I have my Outlook set up talking to my Exchange server. All is working
fine. Now I'm about to add distribution lists to my list of contacts but I've run into a snag. For each contact in my contacts list they may have more than 1 email address: (e.g. John Doe has a primary email of but he also uses which I have put in as his E-Mail 2 field of his contact). If I want to include John Doe in my distribution list how can I get Outlook to include BOTH of his email addresses? I can only think of creating 2 seperate contacts, one for each email address, in order to do this but then I will really pollute my contacts list. Is this possible? Thanks! -Richard K |

When you click Select Members, there should be two entries for John Doe, one for each address. Choose them both. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
Need Help with Outlook Distribution List
In my case I have a list of about 400 contacts. Each of the contacts is
assigned a category which I can see and even set the "View" to. When I hit Action to send an email to the contacts in the category it only selects the primary email of each contact. If I go the route of creating a DL and Select Members it does not show me a Category column so I don't know what names to pick. "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote in message ...
