How do I send outlook contacts to groove

According to the help file in Groove, to send outlook contacts to groove, I
select a contact or group of contacts in Outlook and choose send to groove.
That is not listed as an option in my outlook. I am using Outlook 2007 on
Windows 7. How do I add this option?
