I am wanting to sync two Contact Databases

I am wanting to sync two Contact Databases 1) Microsoft Works Task Launcher
(EXPORTING) and 2) Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (IMPORTING)

I am want to Sync them so I can use the Contact Address Book built in the
â€œMicrosoft Works Task Launcherâ€ for scheduling and task management.

I am wanting ) Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 for Accounting and e-Mail
history management. I am desirous of syncing the two together so that any
changes made to one transcends to the other. Iâ€™ve been told that this is
possible but so far the answer has eluded me. Can you shed a light on this
matter?
