Outlook 2007 Other Users Contacts in Address book

Outlook 2007sp2 on Vista sp2
Exchange Server 2003 sp2

I'm attempting to configure access to another users address book.

I've followed procedure at
http://www.mombu.com/microsoft/micro...k-3150474.html - but the other users contacts still don't display

I do have this working on another clients system with exact same
configuration - but not this one.

I have given the viewing user, full Mailbox access on the viewee.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
