Can't Find email address in Address Book
I am using Windows XP Pro with Outlook 2000 SP-3 (9.0.0.6627)
and Address book 6.00.2900.2180 I am having a problem with email addresses. when I write an email I choose the contact and there name appears in the To: textbox but when I click send I get the response "The Following recipients do not have e-mail addresses: ..." But they do have email addresses. However when I look in the address book the email addresses are missing. Why is there a difference between my Contacts in Outlook and the Address Book. My Contact's Folder is set to "Show this folder as an e-mail Address" as default. This check box is checked and disabled. What is more... if I type the email address directly into the To: textbox the email address is replaced with the name of the contact who has that email address, but still, when I try to send it give me the same message. What can I do to correct this? Joseph |
