readily accessible contact files

I am running Outlook Exchange 2007 and I am trying to find our how to make
the contact lists between my computer and another computer one in the same. I
want to be able to write a note in my contact and have it be viewed by the
other computer without me sending the updated file via e-mail.

Is this possible and is it called my some other name?
