how transfer contacts
 

I an in the process of adding a new hd and am having problems with my old hd
as an external hd. How can I save and transfer my contacts (and e-mail,
notes, etd) so i can add them to my new hd with Outlook with Office 2003 and
windows XP Home.

Any help will be appreciated

Your *.pst file is where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
