Default Searching for contact

I just brought up a new PC and re-installed Office XP. In Outlook
previously, I was able to type in a contact name in the find box of the
default "outlook:today" page and it would open up that contact page.
I ran into this before but can't remember how we got it resolved.
Any help would be appreciated and I apologize for buying a new PC.

You provided no information that would permit an answer.
Reinstalling Office XP tells us nothing.
Start by stating how you migrated your Outlook data and how you configured
your Outlook Address Book in the new installation.

Sorry for not providing enough info. Actually, you helped by asking about
the address book which I had done nothing with. I went in and configured it
like it was on the old PC and it now works fine.

Thank you.
